We pride ourselves on partnering with our clients, intently listening to and fulfilling their construction requests, and providing consistent communication with our clients throughout the project and beyond. AAA Construction Services’ motto is to treat every client’s project as if we are interviewing for their next project. 

Home Visit
The home visit is where we come out and confirm the dimensions of the space. In most cases we will take photos and provide our clients with a mock up of their space. The home visit is also where we will discuss any design ideas.

The Initial Bid
After preparing a CAD drawing, we will submit a scope of work and our initial bid for the project, including timeline. It is in this phase, where the client should intently review the scope and ask as many questions as possible before accepting the contract.

This is the part that involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of construction activities to achieve specific project objectives. Our primary objective of is to ensure that your projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the desired quality standards.

Depending on the size of the project, once the contract is accepted, we will present the owner with a detailed project plan and handle any and all permitting related to the project.
Construction phase
During the construction phase, our clients will be entered into our project manager portal. This portal is where all communications between company and client happens. The client can get an overview of each phase of their project through the portal.

Close Out
This is where final clean-up is done and the final touches are completed. In this phase, the owner will be presented with a completion certificate to sign verifying that the scope of work in the project has been completed. After the job is complete, we will send out a survey and ask for a review. We also will work with our client to get a donation to a charity of their choice.
